Listen.
Before we can provide legal services, we need to hear
about your concerns and about what is important to you. Although we
have assisted hundreds of families, no two families are alike. Our
pledge to you is that your situation will not be prejudged. We will
listen carefully until we are sure that we understand the fine points of
your situation. We strive to develop individual relationships with each
client.
Educate.
Next, we provide information about the law and alternatives
available to you and your family for the restructuring of your
relationships. With over twenty years of combined
practice, we can share the strategies that we have used in the
past and customize them to fit your situation.
Guide.
Then we guide you in
establishing your goals for your future. By determining your goals near
the start of the case we can put into place plans of action to meet your
goals. We will revisit your stated goals throughout the process because
often times as more information becomes available to you, your goals may
change. Our aim is to guide you the achievement of your goals.
Achieve. The last step is to develop an action plan to
achieve your goals. The plan includes choosing a process to move
forward, whether it is a traditional litigation process, collaborative
process, or something in between, our experience will work for you to
achieve the best result possible.
